2 · Eligibility and Content Ownership

4 · Subscriptions

5 · Performance Guarantee and Refill Policy
Spur Technologies Ltd commits to achieving the guaranteed number of plays or engagements as specified for each order or subscription within 30 days of purchase. If the metrics are not fully met within this timeframe, you are entitled to request a refill by contacting our support team. No monetary refunds will be issued; instead, we will ensure the remainder of the order is completed promptly. Refills will be granted at the discretion of Spur Technologies Ltd based on the evidence provided. Refill approval is at our discretion based on the completeness of the original delivery and your compliance with platform rules. 6 · Usage limitations
Users are prohibited from engaging multiple promotion services for the same content on the same platform at the same time, from Spur or other service providers. Non-compliance with this rule releases Spur Technologies Ltd from any guarantee of service effectiveness.
When using our Services, you agree to follow all applicable rules of Spotify, YouTube, and any other platform involved. You agree not to promote content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, or otherwise violates third-party rights or community guidelines.
Spur Technologies Ltd is not responsible for any actions taken by users in connection with our services, nor for any consequences that may arise from the use of these services, including but not limited to platform penalties, account restrictions, or content removals issued by Spotify, YouTube, or other platforms.
7 · Warranty disclaimer
All services provided by Spur Technologies Ltd are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, timeliness, accuracy, or availability of the services. We make no guarantees regarding:

Long-term performance or monetization;
Changes in algorithms or platform behavior;
Financial returns, fan retention, or playlist inclusion beyond the campaign duration.

8 · Limitation of liability
